Zoë became interested in osteopathy after sustaining an injury while in professional training at the English National Ballet School.
She trained and graduated from the British School of Osteopathy (now University College of Osteopathy) in 2014 and then spent a few years working as an Osteopath in New Zealand. She joined us on returning to Yorkshire in 2018.
Her specific interests are treating patients with pelvic pain, women during and after pregnancy and patients with hypermobility. She also specialises in sports related injuries and has additional qualifications in Pilates and Medical Acupuncture (dry needling).
Zoe is passionate about helping you understand your body, why you might have ended up in discomfort and then formulating a plan with you for how best to improve things.
